Later, Kirk worked for ICON architectural group where he developed over fifteen new developments in the senior living, apartment, and commercial business sectors. With over 40 years of combined development, marketing, and sales expertise - Kirk's experience led to the formation of the full-service firms; SLH Holdings and HME Management.
General Manager of Senior Living Division Cory Back brings a diverse background involving large project conceptions and construction management experience. Cory’s acute sense for details makes him a champion of balancing budgets and developing workflow systems that maximize productivity. As the General Manager of Senior Living, Cory oversees all facets of our Senior Living Operations with a focus on the development of new senior living projects, design of the facilities, construction of the communities, and systems integration for smooth operation. He also serves as a vital consultant on future senior living projects for SLH Holdings and HME Management. Overall, Cory has created a blueprint for success at our Rapid City facility that can be applied anywhere.
Operations Manager of Senior Living Division Kelli Back’s education and past employment contains a plethora of healthcare, human resources, project management, and IT experience. Kelli’s skill set is superbly equipped to manage large scale healthcare facilities with 20 years of medical management experience structured with a healthcare-focused business management degree. As the Senior Living Operations Manager of Peaceful Pines Senior Living Community, Kelli oversees the Administrators at our various senior living communities and the staff that report them with a focus on the care services, staffing, and team-building areas.
General Manager of Apartment Division Lori has been vital to the success of HME Management and the Willow Creek apartments in Watertown. From giving tours to marketing, she has turned our apartments into thriving facilities. In addition to being a licensed property manager in South Dakota, Lori has worked in various capacities in the banking sector as a relations and portfolio manager. She has forged years of dependable relationships making her a vital asset to HME.
Operations Manager of Apartment Division Lane Warzecha carries degrees in both Civil Engineering Technolgy and Land Surveying Science. He currently serves as Property Manager of both Willow Creek Luxury Apartment complexes where he handles day to day operations such as tours, applications, deposits, and general oversite of both properties. Lane brings a passion for real estate and unlimited potential to offer for HME Management's future endeavors.
General Manager of Commercial and Construction Division Corbin Kratovil is HME Management's first General Manager of the Construction and Commercial Division. As a licensed master electrician, Corbin started his own business under his name at the age of 26. At HME, Corbin’s responsibilities range from general contracting new developments to directing the construction management division. In addition to a vigorous work ethic, Corbin has brought an abundance of trustworthy contractor relationships helping HME expand quickly and efficiently.
Operations Manager of Salon Division Kristi Nielson is HME Management's first Operations Manager of the Salon Division. As Operations Manager, Kristi handles the day to day operations of LUXE Hair Studio as well as serve as the managing stylist. Kristi's reputation and background in the cosmetology industry is second to none and will add pivotal diversification to HME Management's growing portfolio.
Department Manager of the Administration Divison Brianna Kunf brings a diverse background in philanthropy and volunteering to HME Management. Serving in the Peace Corps, Brie enhanced cross-cultural understanding and communication skills with Nicaraguan students. In South Dakota, she volunteered and tutored in various youth programs. Brie’s communication background and interpersonal skills make her a valuable asset in creating a culture of connectivity and productivity at HME.
Department Manager of Finance Division Tracey Mahlstedt has worked as a financial auditor for nearly a quarter-century. At Kinner & Company, CPA's, Tracey was the lead auditor on a wide range of non-profit and governmental audits. She also provided accounting services including payroll, accounts receivable, tax deposits, invoices, quarterly reports, and bank reconciliations. Tracey's lengthy financial and accounting experience is a huge benefit to the day-to-day success of HME Management's various entities.
Department Manager of Marketing Division With a voluminous resume of design work, including a role as “Lead Design Manager” at one of the largest graphic design companies in the area. Ann Brandt has touched on almost every aspect of marketing and branding SLH Holdings and HME Management has ever created. As the companies first full-time employee, Ann is responsible for managing the department’s operations along with executing content on some of our most profitable facilities. Ann’s catalog of work has shaped the entire company’s aesthetic and identity.
Advertising & Content Manager of Marketing Division James Forman’s passions have always resided in the creative field. From placing in the National Student Advertising Competition while attending South Dakota State University to free-lance writing for a major outdoors magazine publication. In addition to managing the branding of SLH Holdings and HME Management's subsidiaries, he designs everything from floor plans, renderings, logos, and investor memorandums.
